if u were to have both auto lights and wipers they are on the same sensor, try em by putting ur hand over the sensor on the screen, u shld see a round sensor thing, if u lick ur finger and dab it on the screen in the same place the wipers shld work. do this with the ignition or the engine on...

yes they will have the washer, if its the one im thinking of u cant re-use it as they compress when the plug is tightened thus creating a seal, once removed they dnt create the same seal and tend to leak.

could be rearf light cluster not been put bk in correctly after bulb change?! they have habit of not sealing up properly, take it out and when u put it back make sure it goes in nicely, if u have to force it it wont seal properly!

Aftershock. I don't think that problem is just with the 182's my friends 54reg punto does it, I think i'm right in saying it something to do with a rich petrol mix that is used from cold start - automatic choke?! Hope thats a little help! Nothing to really concern yourself with! x
