go for trade mate, i just purchased a 182 from a trader and as soon as i got home the alternator went, it only got 24k on the clock, but i didnt have to pay out for the new part as its covered through the trade warranty. so it might be worth spending that little bit more just to play it safe
well im 19 3 years no claims with elephant and im paying £1600 based on a 10 month policy, called a bonus accelarator. and my excess and voluntary comes to £1000 lol s##t i know.
see im fussy i wouldnt of gone with it, but i love to see people like you who see beyond the trouble and having the advantage of being ble to do most of the problems yourself. it will probably turn out more reliable than my 182 lol. well done mate looking good so far
Hey fella welcome, im new to the game as well just went from a 1400Cc clio to a 182 and yes they are nippy to so well handled round corners. Anyway where abouts you from, as i wanted to do a clio meet.
change of plan for an exhaust im going to look at a simota carbon air box as it sounds perfect have a look on youtube and theres a video on there featuing a blue 182 clio
i was reccommended the milltek exhaust system as well but when on youtube i wondered if it was too loud, so im confused lol well im still looking into it, so if you do happen to make a choice let us know lol :)
