As said, the wheel cannot be moved. If you take it back it'll be done FOC as it's quite a common mistake.
Bloke opens the door, fits the steering wheel retainer not quite straight, does all the work. Drive out, and it drives mint but the wheel's not straight.
Windows 8 is painful, I had to install some sort 3rd party dodgy software to give it a proper functioning start bar and bypass that BS window at the start. Mental.
I'd personally install windows 7.

Sounds like the steering wheel wasn't centered properly when doing the alignment. The alignment itself is nothing to do with the steering wheel, it's just positioned straight before doing the alignment.
