It's a fair enough purchase if you consider the price of Volk Racing wheels but they tend to go on cars worth a lot more than a Clio.

For a start if your thinking lightweight wheels I'd be looking at 15's my 182 was transformed when I replaced the heavy standard wheels with 15 inch Pro Race 1's

Pro Race 1/1.2 etc are as light as those and come without the hideous price tag. Ok nearly that light but Pro Race's are acceptably light without paying silly money.

So what happens if ProGrip can't fix the issue. You get left with a faulty car that Renault have no obligation to fix under warranty. I bet RUK will breath a big sigh of relief, no investigation, repair or compensation costs to pay out sounds like a sweet deal for them.

For sure I think the chances of Renault realising a 100bhp/litre N/A engine are slim to none but they are more than happy to sell cars on the pretence the car has 200.. Somethin.. People just fill in the blanks as and how they feel like it.

I agree 8k is a lot but for someone (with more money than sense) who is planning on doing this to their car could save a fair amount by buying this instead. If your guna charge a hot hatch the civic type r has to be the much better option surely?

The police have better things to do than solve crime!! The car has gone get over it. My car was stolen recently, the police were less than useless. If I had shat in a bag and asked it to find my car it would have made more progress than the police did.

If I had an issue using an Rstuner I'd email Henk (owner of Fastchip) explaining the problems I was having. If your new to the Rstuner it can be rather confusing Henk will be happy to help I'm sure.
