    I agree. Like I said in the other thread, my 172 has done 130k and still on the original clutch gearbox, and I drive it very hard.

    I've had no problems with my box.. now done just under 130K! IMO the engine and box are pretty tough.

    Maybe your silenced de-cat isn't that silent ;) Mate TBH my stealth does annoy me on the motorway sometimes. (Good job I don't do many motorway miles it in now)

    A 182 'standard' isn't quicker then the V6. If you don't need back seats/ boot and don't mind the extra running costs, then I'd go for a Mk2 V6.

    Depends on budget. Mk2 FRS, Clio 200, E46 CSL..etc ;)

    If you're doing lots of miles then I'd get something new. The clio 200 fits the bill nicely IMO.

    I wasn't keen on the diamond stitching. At least you would have no premature wear issues on the side bolsters. Nice, JayR.
