Theres a guide on here for the side stripes. The front ones, i think you need to have the bumper off for, and the rear ones, just undo the rear lights and stick your hand down behind the bumper and unclip them. With the wiper i found i had to drill the rivets out for it.

Ive been in this position before, safe to say the halford jack i boiught last week is s**t but i dont get how using a scissor jack would let him pull the trolley jack out at the end. I may invest in one of these sealey ones posted in here.
