    The reason I ask is I've driven 2 197's now, and don't get me wrong think they're great cars.. But when I get back in the 172 afterwards I prefer the rawness of it. Maybe the 200 is that much better? I'm not in the market for either mate.

    ^^^^This TBH. The 172 is driven nearly everday, it's not broken down on us once ( touches wood) in over 80,000 miles.

    Maybe mate.. I've (we've me and the GF) have been looking at getting another daily driver soonish, so the mileage on the 172 will drop!

    Yep. I give my car hell on a regular basis, and as long as it's looked after (FRSH) they should go on for a long time. I hope to get at least 200k out of the engine :)
