Iirc yes... Pretty sure it's just clips so undo the screws on the bottom the bumper and you should get access to the lower grill.... It will be tight but saves taking the whole bumper off.

It can be done without removing the bumper..... Easier if you can get the front of your car in the air though as it involves getting under the front bumper.

I like to clean cars but I'm no detailer. I haven't paid much attention to this section for about a year and now I'm lost in most of the threads with all the new names and products that have come on the scene.

I detailed my kitchen earlier... I wiped the surfaces down with a microfibre cloth.

To my untrained eye it just looks like you need to give it a good wiping over.... Just looks like product residue that needs removing.
