Get a fucked rear damper or a stiff RARB and they skip out fairly easily.
Otherwise, they don't really LOOS much at all.

I have a Sigma 70-300 and that has a macro function between 200-300mm, it lets you focus on objects which are closer than it can usually focus, still has to be 95cm away though.
No need to map. The Bee*R just cuts the spark and the fuel that gets injected as per normal ends up in the exhaust for maximum keblammo.

The problem with anything leg mounted is there's loads of movement in the controls, I know I couldn't do anything like heavy drifting with that. If it were me, I'd have some sort of plate to sit on, with a post that comes up between the legs (that the upper part lifts off of), then that desk...

It's really worth learning the relationship between iso, aperture and shutter speed to get out of auto, that way you get a lot more control and dictate the picture to what you want it to look like.
