No it charges fine if the phones already on, but if it's flat it won't charge at all.

If i run my iPhone flat and wish to charge it, i can only do this if i use the orginal power cable and plug, why? If i use a USB exetension cable it also won't turn on, but will charge fine if already on. If i use one i bought from ebay it will charge fine if it's already on.

172s have crap range compared to 182s anyway I think
