So you probably have realised from all my For Sale threads the car was changing. Well here it is this afternoon:
100% Standard (bar the colorcoding/cup spoiler, which are staying).
Anyway, its time for me to move on to a new project, that will go quicker, and can be messed around with...
IIRC ive seen loads of pics on here from when matt black did the swap of styles on the TT when he had it, looked like a fair bit of work structure wise where the slam panel goes together etc, not 100% though, and dont know where the pics are now

top mount
----chassis
big rubber top mount thing, with a nut on top of it
then the bearing
then the coilover top (brass thing)
then the main spring
then the helper spring
---bolted onto hub
i had just some universal 7mm ones, but if your going 10mm get hubcentric ones...
:)
camber yeah, the holes are slotted, its the angle of the wheel in relation to the hub......make sure its the same on both sides
also get the car tracked asap when its all ok so the tyres dont wear really really quick, it will be a fair way out if youve gone really low
205 will just mean you need slightly larger spacers, i had to run 7mm just to clear the shock......you will need slightly larger with 205's........but it all depends what you have the camber set at
