Had it on a code reader and showed o2 sensor 1 and also put the management light on so I'm guessing that's the culprit.

I know it's had recent plugs, coilpack and leads. It's proper intermittent - it'll misfire at idle and then seems to sort itself out and then will go back into misfire mode! Was doing it a little but has got a lot worse now and seems to be worse when not driven for a few days.

I had my classic JDM scoob which I ran during winter and that killed the rear arches. Hence my rust paranoia.

Never had a problem with any of mine as a daily. I loved my 197 and love my current 182. Granted, my Audi is infinitely more comfortable but also boring. I guess what I'm trying to say is I'd rather be slightly uncomfortable than bored of my chebs.

I'd love a boosted Clio but mrtoms issues have put me off BIG TIME. I'm happy for the engine on mine to stay the way that Renault intended and enjoy it for what it is.
