The last case I had was a bumper, it ruined the silver edge on the phone and I had to get like three of them as the rubber at the bottom kept separating from the plastic bit.
Never again.
Plus, that doesn't help me with my current predicament does it now?
Not overly impressed with the 4s screen strength, dropped my phone for the first time on Saturday, it slid out of my pocket as I sat down on a chair. From chair height onto a concrete floor the screen has smashed and it landed on the corner, not even face down. Has just shattered in that corner...
It's the location of your itunes folder.
You've moved it.
iTunes is looking for it and it's created an empty one or whatever, you need to re-direct it.
You can't afford £60?
Realistically, there's no point in having this changed without the clutch, at all.
So:
Full three piece clutch kit (including release bearing) £130.
Fitting: Free if you can fit a clutch yourself (about a 5-7 hour job on the floor)
Total cost from a mechanic is between...
Excuse me, but I've recently started undertaking bits and bobs of design work again. (and those shoe website are getting more processor intensive with all the animations etc) :o
It's a fair point, my main use for it would have been if I treated myself to a screen.
OK fair point, just thought the newer ones with thunderbolt and the i7 chip may have been worth the upgrade, if there is a better screen coming for a 13, and that's a big if, I'll 1000% get that.
That's more like it...
In your opinion, would I be mental to sell up and get a higher spec new 13" or even a 15"??
I can get student discount and applecare again...
This is not a for sale thread FYI, I'd just like some apple guru's opinion on how much my MBP would go for second hand.
It's the 13" 11 months old, 2 years 1 month apple care left on it, mint condition. I'm unsure upon exact spec as it's not in front of me but I think its 2.3 core 2 duo 250GB...
Making it light? No offence, that's a horrendous idea. You spent forever making your ph1 a "track weapon" iirc, never tracked it then hated it for being too impractical.
Keep it exactly as it is, consider some suspension and upgrade the brakes, then track it as is.
There's no weight in the ballasts... but you're taking the optional aircon out of a cup (pretty rare option)... how much do you think the aircon weights and how much do you think you're really going to notice it?
Car looks good on those wheels though.
I haven't looked yet, but will tomorrow or Friday, I'll report back with my findings.
It seems to have only done this since changing the coolant, so it must be the thermostat or bottom rad hose....
