Yeah they need pressing in, metal sleeves first, then the bushes themselves, we used these to press mine in.
If I was you i'd upgrade to polybushes, i've got the harder black series in mine but the ride's still the same, I just wanted bushes I never needed to replace again.
If your beam's already out then it would be a good time to upgrade, the new ones will need pressing in but the old ones will come out fine, but the metal shells they sit in will need knocking out with a hammer and screwdriver, or you can cut through them and mangle them out.
I just polybushed...
What an amazing sleeper, even with the lairy paint, body kit and vented bonnet, there's no way you'd be expecting that thing to be quick, I bet that's upset a few people away from the lights.
Nice one dude.
I had limp mode when I took the dog out, but not on the way home or going to work, I can't trust it though as the drive to work is all duel carrigeways, doing 40 on a 60 will cause many people to be angry with me.
On the ecp site there's 3, one of them says 'rear' so that must be after cat, the other 2 i'm not sure about, i'll just buy the cheaper Bosch one and hope that's the one.
Don't fancy my chances driving up the M1 in limp mode at 2k rpm in 5th, 30mph on the motorway will probably get me killed.
I have a mate with a fully kitted out garage at my disposal, if I can't fix it on the driveway he'll definitely fix it.
Or this one? (sorry my internet keeps f*cking up)

Hopefully the pedal connectors are just covered in crap and dog hair and it's an easy fix, at least I can fix the 02 sensor problem, although not sure which is the right one. (other than it being a Bosch)...
Limp mode kicked in today, i'm thinking O2 sensor is more than likely the culprit, A/C refrigeration sensor is probably freaking out because the A/C got binned years ago, although i've never seen that fault code before.
I've no clue what the deal is with other 3 though :
Brake info fault
Shift...
That would be Daniels mate Sam, he's an amazing driver on track but his car is ferocious, it's basically a throttle bodied race car, I had no idea Clio's could go that fast, especially round bends that would leave normal Clio's spinning in field.
The inside will be getting cleaned as well, well the front will, back will be left at home, i'll probably increase the power to weight ratio if I hoover out all the mud and dog hair.
The dog kennel has new ball joints, polybushed rear beam (along with everything else) and even on new road tyres it's got ridiculous amounts of grip again, once I get some track rubber on the 15"s I got off TEG, i'm going to be scaring the sh*t out of myself on track, I may even clean it for the...
In keeping with the f*ck the hatchback rule, in the early 90's my best mate went to collage with a lad that had a modified Lotus Carlton, not that it's big or clever but he made a sh*t load of money street racing in Birmingham with it, they're worth a bloody fortune now.
