I know mine lock at 70, I haven't tried any faster than that.

We've already established that. However the faster you go, the more force the brakes need to apply to slow you down again. Your brakes may be that powerful at 70, but they probably aren't able to lock up at 140.

It's more of a 4k hole actually. IIRC the RSTuner smooths it out a bit.

If the limiting factor is your tyres, then the size of your brakes or the effort they produce beyond the adhesion limit of the tyre is irrelevant. However there is a difference between a Civic and an ST. So one will win. I cannot be arsed to research which.

You may not hear it, the inside tyre will have very little weight on it so it won't take much for it to spin, and because it's not being pressed down into the tarmac you won't get the screeeeech and sometimes not even any vibration.

Spinning up the inside wheel probably.
