Just over 3k and you've got ITB's BUT you'd want to upgrade Brakes Etc. so I'd go for about £2000 on Engine Components and Exhaust etc. and te other £1000 on Brakes, Suspension Etc. Cornering Speeds and Late Braking is what will really give you the edge on the roads

What IK have you got? I've recently changed my IK from a K+n to an ITG in a Ph1 Airbox and a decent CAF and my Kick has come back again, Popping is quite normal as you've pretty much removed anything that helps with back Pressure (I think but I'm no expert)
