Could possibly be a Broken Ball Joint, Mine kept doing this... Just Violently steering off to one side, Turns out a Ball joint was broken so my Tracking was also miles out!!
They are quite easy to adjust BUT you would not want to be adjusting everytime you offer a lift
I had a Set Fitted on Saturday and I'm just in the Middle of adjusting them this Morning,
Fronts: All I do is jack the car up a little and you can just reach under the Arch with the Wheel still on...

I've got to say but I'm not a fan... Sorry, I liked the car on the Silver 182 Wheels as it was different, Looks like a few other cars now I'm afraid BUT £50 is a Bargain!
