price seems about right to me. Xenons arent to everyones taste, and normal aircon blows just as cool/hot as climate can. cant wait to test one at Brands in August... :)

ive seen new covers available for the N70, and the missus wants a pink one for her phone... how the hell do you remove the old cover and fit the new one?

I was insured at 21 on a modded 172 with Greenlight/Highway for just under £1000. now im 22 its dropped to £850.

probably best to sell your original classic 172 and buy one of the newer more common ones :) the price to change will be about the same as buying and spraying the parts to make it work.

heh, i knew someone would say it.... ;) Stabby... is replacing the cable a DIY job? im not too bad with a spanner.

When driving at constant revs (ie 2k revs) and then i stop, the revs stay up at around 1.5-2k. If i blip the throttle slightly they drop back down to the usual 700rpm idling speed. This doesnt happen all the time... but just happened twice within 5 mins. could this be the throttle cable...

that looks much better... still not perfect but a great improvement!
