Noodle999, you don't say in you post how many times you have spoken to them. Did you make a note of each time you did & what each person said ? If you have, i'd consider writing a letter of complaint to them, they may offer you something by way of companstion too..

I'd go for black or anthracite, ok they are boring colours, but the cars standard. Imo bright coloured wheels will look naff unless you do some mods to it.

^ spot on, they are a broker yeah (some don't realise that) it's the actual insurer they go with who might not be ok, not greenlight at fault. Highway imo are crap, i'd never go with them again (pleanty on here about them, in fact I replied in a thread the other day about them)
