I dont care about commuting. Also Id prefere a track day car to be a proper track day car and stripped out which isnt usable every day.
Buying just one car and I might end up looking at V6s which definatly would have to stay off the track.
As for needing a lottery win a second car shouldnt...
A few ideas and problems Ive got hoping someone has some ideas about what I can do.
Basically my dci just went over 39k today and at this rate 50k is about 6 months off.
Since dcis can start to have problem at about 50k with turbos an injectors playing up and since I know this is due to the...
Ye the 2.0 turbo engine is the 172 engine of sorts.
Freds fitting a 2.0 turbo engine in his car the biggest problem (excluding wiring) is getting the 6 speed box to fit.
A remap will get you 82 or so hp.
You can fit an intercooler and do custom remapping and get~105hp but that the limit of the injectors any more (over 100 is dangerous IMO on stock injectors).
Be careful with dcis getting over 50k they can soometimes need new injectors and turbos and there...

If you have a policy you paid for yourself with Renault iinsurance you should be fine.

New shocks and springs you looking at £250~300 if you shop round. Fitment depends some users on here do it for £40 a profeshional fitters chareg usually about £90.
Best go buy coilovers though IMO there about £590 including fitment.
That yellow cars been shown ages ago I think people claiming it was the 182.
The bumper is a French aftermearket one unrelated to Renault I think isnt it Tom?
A final shape 182 sound good hopefully will drop normal 72 prices even further so I can bag one on the cheap. (My car needs retiring...
The main problem with the dci is you need Renault to fix every problem but its more reliable than the petrols.
Perosnally Id go for the 80 for the longer gears but there little in it. Unless you can get a cheap 100 in which case thats a good option.
The new Clio sport due next summer will be...
