    You don't "need" to but if you don't you'll have to somehow get the old ones out and then use a press to put them in the new discs.

    15" are mint cos the tyres are half price of the 16"s. What 182 doesn't have a wonkey exhaust? Was parked on a big incline hence being so low at the back.
