Haha I've seen a few of these around Cov, I don't know if they said Tickford on them,
but there are Capris in this city with that body kit, Bedworth is just a couple of mile away from me.
Bloody good design to begin with mate well done,
I think it's better than anything else we could have come up with.
(Other way up so the transparent bit is on the right)
The only problem with it being in the middle is the finished sticker will have to quite big,
otherwise the CS will be tiny.
I think it'll ruin the clean look of the design.
I know the CS ruins it a bit, I thought about putting it in the middle but it'll just look cluttered,
might just have to put the URL at the bottom or something.
I was thinking a dark metallic silver as black wouldn't really show up on the rear window,
but we can figure that out later, I think we need a few more members to see it including Don
before we do anything else.
Perfect! :approve:
I prefer that to mine, but with two small changes,
got rid of the black line separating the 'W' from the diamond
and added a small CS logo, although i'm not sure on the placement.
Right i've had a bit of a go at it,
we'll have to work the CS logo in somewhere or we could just put the URL underneath the 'M' or the 'idlands',
also I think using the 197/200s Renault Sport font will look a lot better on the 'est' & 'idlands',
and we'll have to put a proper Renault diamond...
Haha I know you're more of an 80s onwards Ford fan,
but the thought of a tax exempt classic with cheap insurance is appealing,
plus I think a Pinto or Crossflow engine would be a good way of learning mechanics.
I also like the thought of driving a car i've help build, I guess i'll make my...
A decent one could be designed easy enough, I just took that from Google images.
I de-badged my car so it didn't say sport on the back,
even my club sticker says CS instead of ClioSport,
I'd much prefer something graphic'y to something that had sport on it.
Today i've given serious consideration to turning my Impreza Wagon fund into a classic Ford fund,
£4k for a nice Blobeye SL with mods, vs.....a running Mk2 Cortina with minimal rust that needs a bit of work for under £2.5k.
The dog kennel's in perfect working order atm with new belts and loads...
Undo the screw holding the plastic on then just pull and it'll pop off,
then you should be able to see the metal rod the mechanism pushes and pulls to lock the boot,
just give that a yank and the boot will open.
