No cos Full Fat means cup packed. Can't get a 172 with cup packs.

No it's not plastic, sadly if it's gone you need a cambelt change + the pulley. Mine sheared off very shortyl after making that noise.

There mounted on rubber, the exhaust needs to move about as the engine rocks under acceleration. Think it's mainly due to the standard exhaust being shite that it broke.
