Accelerated past me today about 3.30pm?

So, on my cup spoiler these marks have always been there, but there have always been things to do ahead on the list, it's now the spoilers turn.. It's a cup spoiler, so I guess a previous owner has had it sprayed Flame red. Are the marks due to poor prep, or actual scrathes somehow? Anyone...

Saw around 2pm going towards Wickham, on white wheels with a circuit sticker on the back. Looked smart.

Weird one.. I have a 'nearly new' track rod and track rod end to fit, but I have no idea which side it is. Without taking the car apart, is it possible to identify which side it is, so I can buy the other side? Oh, and best place to buy new track rod/end for a 172?
