I also think silver works the best on Monaco. Makes the paint looks really fresh and bright.
Glad that exhaust is gone. Was looking at this when it was for sale and that exhaust was a massive down point along with those god awful wheels.

That's not good.
time-serts seem to be quite popular as a stronger replacement for helicoils. And they seem fairly available in the UK
Even if it's just general maintenance it's worth putting it in a project thread, more people will read it and can help with any questions you may have, and also it's nice when you come to sell you have a list to show how much work you've done on it for any potential buyers from here.
Sounds like the MOT testers have been out giving it death to make it do anything untoward.
Take it somewhere else yourself for a drive in drive out MOT.
Nice work on stripping the DCi down that quick. I've always kind of wanted a sport rep DCi, think they make a really cool daily, especially if they are an 80 or 100 that's been modified.
