    Project: BMW E21.

It's manual. Always has been. It'll be on the 4 speed box for the time being iirc

He's not on here much. But Ed is shagging his cousin. (Oli's cousin, not his own) And why the f**k does Turner look like he's actually dressed to do some work? No Direction?

    Intermittent non-starter

TDC sensor is a common one. When you're turning it over it cranks really fast but does nothing.

    Monaco Blue 172 Sport Progress

Don't do the carbon bonnet! I'm not a fan. I suppose it is your car though lol. I also think silver works the best on Monaco. Makes the paint looks really fresh and bright.

    Monaco Blue 172 Sport Progress

Glad that exhaust is gone. Was looking at this when it was for sale and that exhaust was a massive down point along with those god awful wheels. Can't wait to see you turn this around.

    JAMason's Clio 172

Rallye looks great! You weren't at the RR day at EFI last year/the year before were you with it? I ran a Mk5 ZS there and ran the same power as one :/ Get yourself over to some Chester meets. Ash. does most of the organising up that way and his meets are always a good laugh.

    E36 3.0 ITB Race Build

Re: E36 Track Day Hack (v2) That's not good. time-serts seem to be quite popular as a stronger replacement for helicoils. And they seem fairly available in the UK

    New member with a 172!!

Even if it's just general maintenance it's worth putting it in a project thread, more people will read it and can help with any questions you may have, and also it's nice when you come to sell you have a list to show how much work you've done on it for any potential buyers from here.

    New member with a 172!!

Looks good. Not a lot of people read the newbie threads, get yourself a thread in the project section and more will respond.

    My new 172.

That looks really smart. That's eyeing up a potential buyer if I've ever seen it.

Sad day for me, RIP 182 but what to do next?

Sounds like the MOT testers have been out giving it death to make it do anything untoward. Take it somewhere else yourself for a drive in drive out MOT.

    Please... Somebody buy this!

Would never buy a wrapped car. You've no idea what the wrap could be hiding if you do choose to take it off at a later date.

I've spent the last few weeks doing the same. They're all s**t or too far away.

Nice work on stripping the DCi down that quick. I've always kind of wanted a sport rep DCi, think they make a really cool daily, especially if they are an 80 or 100 that's been modified.
