a sensor isn't a wear and tear item IMO, so if the cars under 3 years old they should be replacing it.
If it's an aftermarket warranty - they don't like paying out for much.
any pipes damaged? the 205 has a metal water pipe from the bottom of the rad supplying the water pump, they rot pretty badly so I replaced it as soon as I got mine.
might be something simple.
If you keep bleeding it yet there's still air there's gotta be a leak somewhere surely which is...
