got there at 8.30 in Alans car at some side entrance drove straight in, some nice guy in a pug flashed us in et voila entrance was a piece of piss.
Then we fecking walked down the length of the queue in a vain attempt to get to a cash machine lol

dont need to take it that far cause tbh but this will pay off a large chunk of loan and free up about £150 a month + my pay rise = another £300 a month = mortgage payment
leaving enough for bills n other s**t like nurburgring trips!
dont see it as a downgrade, its the same bang for half the buck.
My previous car was a 12 year old 205gti, I'm even considering that again. Cars age doesnt bother me at all, it's all about the fun factor.

more gear changes req'd in the diesel if it were a sprint, therefore from a standstill petrol.
power - weight being the same they should be the same in terms of speed if driven properly (properly for the diesel being different from properly for the petrol)

TBH people can speculate but you know fine well that you weren't going to get anything more out of them without a lot more grief and time.
