    I'd say replace your rear tyre first. It's on the wear marker. But regarding the exhaust, try bending try the hanger down a little.

    Good news gents. New injectors seem to have cured it. Cheers for all the pointers. Hopefully it'll be alright for a while now. Thanks to ND04 for the injectors. I owe you mate!

    The timing belt and dephaser were done about 3 month a go and it's been fine up until about a week a go. I'm running out of ideas now lol.
