bending force diagrams, shear force diagrams, scale models for calculating load and direction in 2,3, 4 and more force memebers I always used CAD softaware to draw em at uni personally. Good luck.

yeah 3 years but exhausts are wear and tear... saying that shock absorbers are wear and tear and they've warrantied 5 shockers for me due to a design flaw. Therefore I shall play the engineer and argue its a design flaw, I live in Scotland they put salt on the roads, if salt residue and heat...

Well I've got the car booked in for Friday as the exhaust gas light is on, inspecting the exhaust looks like the rear silencers are rusting through, due to water ingress I think / water collecting inside it, anyone had a warranty for this reason? design flaw? I know they're not the best but...

alwight, I'm a Mechanical Design Engineer too! Its just the sweet spot i.e. the cam profile hits a sweet spot at 5000rpm. vvt is purely for emissions as far as Im aware... at low revs / idle. But I've been told Im wrong before.
