They put the wrong colour interior in it. The wheels I could cope with but the first thing I would do is swap that interior for a standard Ph1 one. Obviously keep the awful interior for when they go up in value and revert it back to standard. The colour is really nice and suits it...
Green and yellow like the Laguna!! Will have to go gold alloys and a Nescafé sticker too... You cannot to wrong with a bit of BTCC-ness. Big wing also compulsory.....
Must. Not. Open. This. Thread.
In other news, people may have seen on Facebook my old one might be for sale, lad posted a “what’s it worth” ad and was shocked it was worth what he paid for it despite getting the belts done. Part of me says buy it back. Part of me says never in a million years.
I managed to get mine on track once on the Clio, think she was just intreeged by what it was all about. She thought the Clio was loud, harsh and stupid. Prefered it when I too the orange wheels off. She much prefers the E34 I currently have as we can use it more, I couldn't see why we couldn't...
Just as long as it is whiter than it is then I will be happy. Annoyed as I use a seat covers if I go cycling in case I get muddy and wet, which I did today, and took the seat cover off to vacuum and there was wet spots where it had seeped through.
What is the product to clean seats?
The white parts in my Octavia vRS seats are not as white.
Whoever thought white seats and carpets was a good idea is a fool.
Not really, will give it a go when I am next in the car. I am sure someone said it was the air con causing it to me ages ago, but never told me how to solve it.
Ever since I had my air con regassed my windscreen appears to have this greasy-like marks that appear over time that looks like it needs de-misting, but it doesn't clear with the heater. They sort of look like smear marks as if I haven't dried it properly when washing the car. Definately on the...
I have been wtaching this too as I am after another Ph1. Although being an Exclusive I am not 100% tempted to just go and buy it and deal with having to sell my daily car after, plus not being at home during the week atm too to sort out selling the car and that.
I think it is a good price, I...
Mine used to drop to cold/off when the fan kicked in and then when the fan stopped it then jumped back to the temeprature it was. Turned out to be a faulty temp sensor.
And yes it is under the air box area on the side of the engine.
From when my PAS high pressure pipe went I looked at it and thought that is a pig of a job and took it to a garage, who i think made it into a bit of a mamoth task by dropping the sub frame and complained to me that it was far too difficult, and from comments on here was totally un-necessary. I...
If the Exlcuisve was to be a second car I would buy it and swap the interior without a thought. But as it is to be the daily I don't want to put that much effort into it.....yet.
Odessey Blue, Scarab Green (just ruined with the interior!) and Flame Red are the best colours IMO.
And OEM. Another reason I am on the lookout for one is the potential value in them.
The Exlcusive on Atuotrader has 26k miles and they are asking £8k, that is far too much at the moment.

for £5k I want a little more than OEM. The...
Yours has a ncie clean engine bay without like it has too much effort or things being removed and a mega clean or a recent strip down and paint.
166k miles......Mine was on 177k when I sold it and it was solid, I could see it going to >200k if I had kept it, although I was about to get a full...
I used Gyeon Rim Q2 and the Gyeon Q2M Cure on my new wheels. This was to help prevent the brake dust casuing havoc on track. Worked a treat. I went with this as it said it could handle high heat and chemicals. Also helped to keep the wheels clean and were easer to clean to. I will be using it...
Not quite 100% Clio related....but the same priciples will surely be used! On my BW E34 the inner lip of the wheel arches is starting to go a little rusty. I want to stop it now before it gets too bad. Without having the car on me I have drawn a picture showing the bit I mean
I have ran my...
Can always gob the exhaust mount full of Tiger Seal to create a "solid" one....my brother did this on mine and it worked a treat and never had any issues from it.
2002 (02 plate), hatch back, silver, sun roof (apparently rare?), new clutch, cambelt and tension, water pump and oil pick up pipe in March at 118k miles, currently on 123k. Air con re-gassed then too. New front tyres, nice custom made centre and rear section stainless steel exhaust however is...
