Went for a drive last night with my flat mates, and went into a left hand bend that you get loads of compression from, (Carousel stylee)
As the car is quite low the tyres rub on the bumper bracket when hard cornering and last night it caught it and bent it down, pushed the bumper out and...
I use my track car everyday. Its got fixed buckets, 4 point harnesses, fully stripped (but i've still got my heater :o, and aircon ;)).
Its quite loud, well very loud if i'm been honest. I quickly loosen off the harnesses at junctions have a quick peek, then go for it and tighten them up. Yes...
YES!!! You will deffently notic the difference. I fitting AST solid topmounts the other week.
Old top mount are like steering with a loose piece of string
AST top mounts are like steering with a tight piece of string.
You'll only really understand the difference when you go from old to new. :)

You can use the mounts for setting your camber so you wont need the camber adjusting bolts.
Arrr yes of course. Its a million times easyer to adjust the camber with the top mount isnt it. So where do you have yours set for the caster?
Infact why do you have caster?
