    Clio Renaultsport 200 announced

From the front, one of the ugliest cars of 2009 IMO. Green cannot even save it and make it look mean. The 197 is gorgeous from the front, I think it's one of the best looking hot hatches ever made actually. 100% a backward step in terms of looks, and if I had the choice between a 197 and this...

    Flame Red 172, Huddersfield

Near the Galpharm Stadium today at about 1pm. Private plate, CS sticker, and Turini's I think aswell. Looked well nice from the side/back! Was gonna drive the same way as you, but I was late for Uni so took the short-cut! :dapprove:

Show me your aftermarket steering wheels!

Warren your wheel looks HUGE! Is that bigger than standard?

    Clio Renaultsport 200 announced

They may well have naffed up the front end, but at least they didn't give it a VXR-esque central exhaust like on the new Renaultsport Megane too! :quiet:

    Clio Renaultsport 200 announced

My first thought on seeing this was: Eurrrrrrrrrrrrgh! Ruined it from the front! :dapprove: The 197 is such a good looking car too, i'd prefer a well-specced R27 over that any day of the week. And you just know that green is gonna be the new white of 2009 for performance cars now.

    Clio 197 vs Astra VXR

I'm a big fan of Astra VXR's, one of the football lads has an Arden blue one with a Remus exhaust and I loved it when I had a drive of it. Really nice inside, lovely noise, and rapid in a straight line, in gear especially. The handling wasn't that bad, far too many people take Jeremy Clarkson's...

My new 182 - first pics

Love Arctic Blues! And I love those alloys too, suits it perfectly.

The sun came out so i thought id get the camera out lol

Clean, but same as always! :dapprove: Here's an idea, take your Cup out for a drive, find some nice scenery, then take some photos!

    Goodwood Breakfast Club

I want a Clio v6 with all my heart! Such a gorgeous looking car! :o That 172 Cup is doing nothing at all for me though, Mark's is it?

Sometimes my job can be great fun.

Think I prefer the old 350Z looks wise, but how can anyone call them slow!?!? Isn't the manufacturers claim something like 4.5 seconds to 60!?!? Hardly slow! IIRC evo magazine claimed 4.1 seconds to 60, bit optimistic IMO but christ that is rapid!

    my cream clio

 I'm sorry, but how anyone can drive around in that and actually think it looks good is beyond me. All that money it must have cost to do aswell.....

    Some TVR & Exige Pics.

Great advert that Justin, actually enjoyed reading it! Their's nothing worse than people who advertise nice cars on Pistonheads and only put one poor quality photo up and about two lines of text! Doesn't really do their car justice. Should sell quickly I think, someone will probably take it...

    Clean Black/Gold 182

So you're considering getting rid of the Vee!? Never thought I'd hear you say that! If you do, first dibs please! :D

    My V6 (56k beware)

What a car! Absolutely gorgeous. I've been browsing Pistonheads these last few days and I am just so tempted to take the plunge and buy one. Insurance would be ridiculous, but they are just too gorgeous to say no! Illiad FTW!

    The 197

LOVE that! First 197 Cup I've seen that I actually like!

    RB R27 photos?

Lovely car hers, no xenons though! :(

    credit crunch ? Ha

Not a bad price that in today's climate really, especially from a main dealer. You keeping the 182 then or going for the 225?
  20. J

    credit crunch ? Ha

How much did they offer you? About £4k ish? Renault offered me £7k for my Trophy over the summer, I bet I'd be lucky to get £5k for it now! :dapprove:

    Liquid Yellow Supercar!

At about half 11 this morning in Normanton, Wakefield! I was just in the petrol station at the top of Cas Road, heard something loud, looked around and there it was! Must of had a different exhaust or something cos it was properly loud. Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous looking car. LOVED it!

    CS 182 Trophy / NHB CTR EP3 / CW CTR FN2

Gorgeous Trophy. :approve: Oh and great photos as always!

    Costa Del Wales..

Christ, it'll be a right weapon then! I look forward to seeing the progress, it's certainly a good list of plans. You should do a progress thread, from how it was when you first bought it and update the photos that way as you go along!
  24. J

    Costa Del Wales..

'A list as long as your arm'!? What else have you got planned for it like? It's perfect IMO, all it needs is Pole Positions! Such a gorgeous looking car. :approve:

    My New Car

Should be much quicker than it is, poor power output for a V6, 170bhp IIRC? I do like 'em though. Nice looking car, and a big upgrade no doubt. Didn't you fancy a 172/182/CTR etc? A lot of brilliant cars out there for the same price.....
  26. J

    Costa Del Wales..

The seats are the only thing I'd change, Recaro Pole Positions!

    gave some dodo love

A female who keeps her car clean, well their's a first for everything I suppose! ;) Gorgeous as always, such a good looking car. Get ya xenons on though! No matter what the weather, xenons should be blazing!
  28. J

    Costa Del Wales..

Best 182 on CS. (Excluding Trophy's of course! ;))
  29. J

Finally got round to cleaning her...

Gorgeous Cup. Perfect actually. :approve: How could you possibly let it get like it was before though!? Christ it was a state inside!

How would you describe Clio II build quality?

Mine has been brilliant, cannot fault a thing build quality wise. Ok, the plastics are scratchy and cheap in my Trophy but it's a cheap car at the end of the day so it's to be expected. No problems with steering wheel wear either, must be a good 'en!
