100% get some track wheels.
I'v got some OZ F1's and wrapped them in Toyo R888's. I had so much more fun with the track wheels. Also i you can be bothered get come race pads, PT97? or Carbone Lorraine. And just swap them for your trackday. Thats what i have done.
I have AG SRP, and then AG EGP and P222 as the Wax.
Also i have recently, washed, polished, sealed and waxed (poorboys Wheel sealer) my wheels. If i use the Bilberry Safe Wheel Cleaner will it pull off the waxes?
So the pads that the G220 comes with should be fine :)
Well my 182 isnt too bad but my old mans Focus is shocking. So i'l go for the Meguiar's D155 Last Touch - 3.78 lube and Meguiar's Mild Overspray Clay.
I'm getting it all from I4Detailing :)
So after i have done the detailing process...
It was payday today, so as the whole family is into our cars thought i'd buy a load of detailing stuff. I'v read loads of stuff from Detailingworld and think i'm gona buy the stuff below.
I4D HD Snow Foam Lance 1L
I4D Snow Foam - 5 Litre
CLAY BAR?
Duragloss #902 Car Wash Concentrate
Valet PRO...
Thanks for the advice. I run Carbone Lorraine pads, Brembo Max Discs, braided hoses, and Castrol SRF.
The next step was to get some ducting. I like the look of the Cup racer ducts, but i'm not so keep on gashing my bumper to get them to fix.
Adamio's look pretty cool. Might have a go at doing...
I just want to know what the best things to buy to set up brake cooling.
Where can i get the Plastic tubes (Not the silver tubing)
And i take it the fog surrounds are just standard ones.
Thanks
P.S I have done a search :)
I'v got http://www.k-tecracing.com/show_product.asp?id=2419 and i think its mint. It sits perfectly.

Getting braided hoses is allways a good thing and some better fulid.
It depends how flat you floor is. The race team i work for have 4 metal plates which are on little feet. We set the floor up to its perfectly flat then we use a didital camber gauge which goes into a triangle frame which we place up to the wheel.
I wouldnt worry about it mate. If the car runs fine then that the main thing.
Mine has allways been on. Even when i put my cat back in the B*****D light stays on.
