You cant, both systems will maintain a copy of the FAT table and mass storage devices work by reading/writing sectors, hence if 2 devices had access then your FAT would get screwed when one changes it under the nose of the other.
This is because you've got multiroom and the reason that they do this is to stop you sharing a multiroom subscription with your neighbour.
Both boxes must call home from the same telephone number to prove that they are in the same household and it's in the multiroom contract that both boxes...
pmsl. I only remember because I must have installed it 2^32 times only having a 52GB drive myself...incidentally that drive still works! Quantum don't make them like that anymore.
(Quantum LPS52AT - fook, I even remember the model number without looking lol)
Uh. Windows 3.1 came on 6 floppies, I remember it well as I used to have to delete windows every single time I wanted to install and play a computer game!
NT 3.1 came on 22.
Pmsl.
The turbo button dropped the clock speed, you were supposed to have it turned on all the time. It made software that had become unusable when higher clock speed were introduced, well, usable again!
f**k knows. You sure your on the correct easynews account for that? I'm on the $10 and retention is 50 days.
If you can see it on the web interface, you can download it.
I've got 500GB in my gig bank, I'm a sporadic downloader. Their website looks s**t, but their implementation is bloody brilliant, retention is good and completion is excellent.
If you're going to be downloading a lot, then look elsewhere cause you'll get more for your money on a...
1) Yes.
2) Get a usenet client or use a web based service (i've used easynews for 7 years - autounrar - autopar - no need to download headers, direct download of "files")
3) http://www.panic.com/unison/ if you want a mac usenet client.
The only time I've ever used the video function on my old phone was when I used to forget to lock it and would take footage of the inside of my pocket, riviting stuff.
As far as I can tell, there are only 2 uses for cameras on phones as well.
1) Taking s**t pictures while you're drunk.

I phoned them up, if you do it online I think it will start from your contract billing date...I had to add unlimited texting about 2 days after my billing date as I'd used them all up and my bill was standing at 18 quid already, with 29 days of the month remaining!
Ahh. If they can get o2 on board then it'll definately work better than the other app, but it's still not perfect with notification of incoming messages being through badge updates.
Close...
I assume we're talking about that iphonemms.net application?
That's not a technically a full implementation since the push notification service can only push badges, your inbound notification would be limited to a "bong sound" and an icon badge updating on the screen - you'd then run the app...
A proper MMS application requires apple to write it which up until now they've had no interest in doing, barring rumours here and there it's unlikely unless they bow to "customer demand" that we'll see mms.
But you'd still be using windows mobile, which is quite frankly, and I'm being polite here, shite.
I also have the ability to install any applications that I make on my non-jailbroken iPhone too and Apples iPhone/iPod touch develepment tools absolutely kill every other mobile platform tool...
You cannot turn it off, it was part of the requirements laid down by ofcom that sky had to adhere to because they wanted to show films rated higher than PG during the day.
I wouldn't worry about it, if you get a letter, reconnect it. If you dont, all is good!
In our old hour, BT activated a second line which was running into one of our spare bedrooms, I had massive arguments with them that they hadn't activated the primary master socket...but their policy is...
If you're a new subscriber it's part of the contract that you agree to have it plugged into the phone line for 12 months.
The box will "phone home" periodically, if sky don't get these callbacks, they'll send you a letter telling you to reconnect it, if it still isn't reconnect it they'll...
This is a quote from a friend...he works for Apple...he's a very important person on the iPod team.
This is the reason you're not seeing a 32gb iPhone currently. (this correspondance was from mid september last year)
