The alternator was a 110a one, not a cup 75a version. I ran an 80mm pulley on it.

Haven't seen one done. I have seen a Mercedes M62 Eaton charger fitted. That made 230bhp and about 200lbft on low boost.

And maybe not just me either. It picks up a bit quicker and drops off sooner than a hybrid should. And this is at 17psi A hybrid makes more power and torque than that at 12psi

Looks like it's still running stage 1 with mods (decat, exhaust, filter) Next steps are to inspect the turbo as it should be a hybrid.
