Spacers for track car. What's max for rear and front?

Your searching skills are weak! http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&id=170742971646 Depending on what offset wheels you have you might be better off getting some bolt to hub 15/16mm spacers

Spacers for track car. What's max for rear and front?

12mm will be fine on the standard wheels. 60.1mm and 4x100

Spacers for track car. What's max for rear and front?

I'd imagine 10mm would be plenty with super ts

Spoke clearance. Circumference is limited to 15" and 280mm discs and 16" and 300mm discs unless you make your own brackets.

    15" Et35 pro race 1.2. I've got 10mm spacers but I'm going to reduce them to 5mm

Depends on the wheel. A Team Dynamics Pro Race 1.2 needs ET30 on a 15" to clear 280mm discs and IIRC it needs ET40 or 35 on a 16" wheel to clear 300mm discs. A Pro Race 3 needs less offset as they have more brake clearance. What wheels do you have? scooby-93

Alternators generally work at their best around 2-3k rpm. So if you double the pulley size then your making its optimum around 4-6k rpm :) I think mine is going slowly so I'll be changing mine with a bigger pulley too.

    My Racing blue 182

Very nice car for 18! I'd have left the stripes though.

Used slicks or New Parada Spec 2's for track?

R1R overheat, they're a good wet tyre though. RSR need lots of camber or very stiff suspension which compromises the car, they work well on balanced cars like BMW 3 series, MX5 etc. AD08R would be my choice. Grips well and takes a bit more abuse.

    Retro Rides 2014.

First year I haven't been. It's a great show with a really eclectic mix of cars. Might take the Clio up the hill next year.

New country! New whip! (Jap content)

Cool thread. Just been through it all. Jealous of the move, are there many engineering jobs? I' 've got a MSc in Manufacturing and I'm doing my CEng.

Cheers Paul, I'll be there again in November. Haha must have been reasonably interesting then! She was a good passenger, not like me, I'm a terrible passenger.

280mm discs and I've got spacers. They need a wheel about ET30. Although I was looking at Jack's aucky Pro Race 3 wheels and they seem to have a lot more calliper clearance so I reckon you could get away with ET40-45 with them.
