The throttle body isn't a restriction so it's wasted money. You need to be looking at live data, see what the sensors are seeing really.

It would need to be reprogrammed as it wouldn't operate the light adjusters, headlamp washers etc.

As above. Don't buy a counterfeit item. It can cause a whole host of issues, aswell as allowing you to do more damage than good if you don't know what your doing with it.

The flange is pressed onto the spindle. If it's wrong it'll chew aux belts up and worst case scenario it'll spit the belt into the cambelt .

Try turning the ign on first for 5 seconds then off, then start. Let us know if that helps.

Don't change the ecu/mtu etc as if the key goes again, you can't order another key as the ecu immobiliser code won't match.

They don't quite match the gasket, but they aren't far off.

Make sure you torque them correctly.

Just use the proper tools for the job. I have the Bergen tie rod removal tool also, slides over, 1/2" ratchet and undo. No fuss, no getting stuck etc.

7 weeks and how many miles? If it's 10 miles a week then it's a worry, but if it's 2000miles a week it's not too extreme.
