Things look like they might be moving
https://forum.fanatec.com/discussion/28215/uk-folks-who-placed-an-order-look-again-at-your-tracking-if-you-have-it
Any idea where the UPS tracking number is normally displayed on an order?
Notafanatec clearly.
Thinking back now, there was a note on their website that they wouldn't be shipping on the 19th/20th August which makes sense of them moving warehouses.
I'm no logistics expert but it sounds like they've just closed one warehouse, put it all in a van and moved it to a new...
Fair play, They've replied already.
Processing backlog due to a move to a new EU Warehouse move.
Sounds like the warehouse move was a s**t storm.
Fair enough, it is what it is. As long as it turns up then these things happen. Haven't got the cash to buy the rig yet anyway or anywhere to...
Sent asking for an update on expected delivery date and what the logistical issues are.
Once I submitted the form it said I can expect a reply within business days.
That's cleared that up then.
Still nothing from Fanatec on my order.
Got all my cash, set the order to fully shipped a few days later, week or so later an email saying logistical issues not shipped, we'll update you order with the shipping number when its shipped. Heard nothing since and over 3 weeks since I paid. Pretty...
This is where I got......
Research objective - no idea how to figure that out - gave up
Some side mission to study fauna, flora and minerals - Randomly did a few minerals I think, no idea how to do the others - gave up
Kept banging on about radiation and hypothermia - tried looking at my suits...
So.... ordered on the 29th, went to completely shipped on the order on the 31st and now I've had an email saying that due to logistical reasons they are unable to process my order and they will get it to me as soon as possible. When dispatched they'll update my order with the UPS tracking...
That is superb thank you.
My main needs for the rig are, being fairly rigid, thinking I'm going for a fixed one now and put it in the kids room if she really does reject the idea of me putting it in the living room until my office is built. Also needs to fit if possible from about 1.2m up to me...
Plenty of questions......
First I know nothing of the technical side, the last paragraph means nothing to me. I'm probably only going to play Forza Horizon to start and but that Assetto game and rock it on my Series S. Outside that I have no idea.
Questions about the rig though, if I buy...
This one is on me, I'm beers down, been called out for work and thought I'd extend my time to help a fellow CSer out.
The old girls hasn't been out for years, putting a few pounds on after f**king over so many men and being eight kids down, but I welcome back the SWT.
Thank you, I did look at the load cell pedal, think it was 139 euros if I bought it now or 179 on its own and watching the reviews and the force needed I'll probably use what I got until I decide on my rig.
Started looking at something like this... (can roll it behind the sofa before she gets...
Well that's purchased. Added in the desk mount so I can have a play around before I decide on the rig.
As an added bonus I've just realised that all those prices are in Euros so it hasn't even cost me that much.
Following some expert advice from strangers on the Internet I'm going with this to start with. Wil order first thing Tuesday when I get paid.
Last question...... will it just fit on to pretty much any rig I buy without some specific mount I need to buy?
Would you then not go for the Playseat Evolution?
Or something like this...

Then I'm looking at the rigs and will I need to get an adapter to fit the Fanatec? I don't want to have all the kit turn up and then have to wait a week for...
Ok, so budget this month was £500, so advice is get the CSL DD package and just use a desk for now.

I'm back to this again. Its a minefield.
I've been doing some research and I feel like I'd like to go DD and the Fanatec looks like a good deal, but it only seems available direct from Fanatec and not easily available.
As the garden office is at least 6-12 months off and I've never used a sim...
We never got round to Moving Out last night but I even managed to get my oldest daughter off Apex for an hour to play Overcooked 2.
At one point I got a little carried away and was shouting out 1 Sushi, 2 Sashimi to go and was not happy unless they shouted YES CHEF.
So next question is...
Cheeky Cheeky Xbox, Moving Out is no longer on game pass so I had a look in the store and it was £20.99. Downloaded the demo and had a quick play and thought that looks alright. Will wait to see if its on Game Pass ever. Last night was having another look and the deluxe edition is only £5.99...
Don't quite think I'm using my new Xbox to its full potential at the moment.
Playing....
Arcade Paradise - been playing this with my 7 year old with revolves around me spending hours doing laundry and her spending the whole time buying arcade machines and just playing them. Pretty addictive...
Game changer! Thats just a tick in the box for the HR department. At least I might actually be playing FM now when I'm whacking off.
I think they are using to Unity game engine whatever difference that makes. They are branding it as a sequel rather than just new features.
So some big news around FM this week FM25 is going to be a complete reboot most likely.
I peaked with FM around Championship Manager 01/02 and that was mostly me being sat up at 3am in the morning at my PC and needed an excuse to the Mrs for the fact I was more likely whacking off to the...
I'm currently in the process planning my garden office and moving out of my 1.2mx08.m cell into the garden. As she has given the go ahead to finance this via funding from an external source such as a bank if I wanted to factor in a sim rig for my xBox what equipment would I need and how much...
Yeah, looks like it was 50/50 ownership with them. So even if they received a small royalty for each sell they'd have made a pretty penny even outside profits from the game.
All depends on how any game sells there were.
Out of curiosity, as far as I remember anyone who owned an Amiga or Spectrum or whatever would have owned a copy of Dizzy at some point. In my head I have it as a massive brand at the time.
So..... what type of money would they have made? Like life changing amounts that they could have give up...
You are looking at the new US Open champion
Scottie Scheffler but a late run in to get the lead down to 1 but an eagle on the 15th was night night. Game over.
