    Just looked at the photo again. My bad :), the Vee being a PH2 would the 197 steering wheel be fully functional in a 1*2? If so much hassle fitting etc?

    I wouldn't have a stripped out car for a daily. However for a track car yes strip it as much as you can.

    I like it because it's different :) . Get a bit bord of the same old mods; turinis, recaros etc. Granted the mods aren't for function, but i'm sure if it was aimed at function the mods would be completely different!

    What will £3k get me in the Clio game these days?

    £3k a ok/nice 182. Very nice PH2 172 and a mint PH1 172. £3.5k - £4k for mint 182's/ Racing Blue & Liquid Yellow. £4k + for decent Trophys. Thats a rough guide however bargains can be had.

    Seems a good price considering the mileage. I presume full service history etc? Thats the most important thing.
