Depends what driving I've done over the week. If I only use it for work I'll get away with £20 a week but if I decide to take it for a few blasts during the course of the week I'll probably stick £40 in it.
Like the video, sounds nice that exhaust. Does it always pop like that when you rev it?
I get the odd pop from mine, I'm booked in at Pro-Speed next week for a de-cat so hopefully it'll pop a little more.
Thanks Ian.
Yeah the lad in the Puma did it on Purpose to trap my mate in his Pug. With him being 6ft 3, simply shifting over to the passenger seat wasn't an option so he had to climb out of his sunroof.
Was amusing at the time, guess you'd have had to have been there to see the funny side of it.
Me and a few mates decided to drive to Knutsford yesterday, think it was Knutsford, wasn't that far away from Jodrall Bank. Passed a LY megane on the way there.
While we was parked up my mate decided to take some photos of the cars, so no blaming me for picture quality :rasp...
I've just fitted a false floor to mine, I just used the bolt holes in the floor that were for the seatbelt buckles and bolted down the MDF by using them.
I've got sportlines on mine. Hasn't made that much of a difference to the height or ride quality, handling has improved slightly but the main reason I fitted them was because the rear of my car sat lower than the front due to sagged rear springs.
Can't really comment on Apex springs as I've...
Did you ever try just the de-cat on the 172 manifold or did you just go straight for the 182 manifold?
If you did de-cat with 172 manifold how does it compare the 182 manifold with the de-cat pipe?
Well it is false advertising but I've no idea what the rules and regulations are on Piston Heads about that sort of thing. Plus how could you prove him wrong unless you got him to put it on a rolling road?
