Sounds good! You'll have a great base to start from then. It's what im in the process of doing atm, self servicing the car, fixing little niggles and getting bits color coded etc.... After all that is out the way i can start making better progress :)

Hey guys, Just picked up my black ph1 172 today. however after driving it around for a good half an hour the temperature was only sitting just over a 3rd of the way up on the dial. is this normal? or could it be a fault?

Hey, Just brought my Black PH1 172 today. However the alarm seems to have a mind of its own, there also seems be a loud single tone noise sometimes maybe from the immobilizer? also my battery isn't charging. Could this all be related to a dodgey wire? or maybe a wire might be touching something...

It caught my eye as it's black, not the common silver ph1. i'll definitely get it hpi checked i went through the mot's and the mileage was traced back so it seems legit.

Just had a look at a car for sale locally it is a phase 1 black 172 with 70k on the clock. 11 Months MOT Tax till the end of this month. The interior is a bit rough and there are a few blemishes on the exterior paint. There is a chavy exhaust on it to :dead:. However i took it for a spin it...

Aha only jokes :evil:... these are a few con-rods from a compressor in work we where overhauling however enjoy :rasp:
