    Couple of "odd behaviour" items.

Yeah.....you'd have to ask Mick, this is where my knowledge ends. lol

    Couple of "odd behaviour" items.

There are plenty of Clio specialists in the traders section, they'll be someone close to you that'll be cheaper than Renault, where are you in the country?

    Couple of "odd behaviour" items.

The fag lighters can be an arse to get things to connect sometimes, my sat nav comes and goes in terms of charging. Hazard lights with the windows definitely shouldn't happen. :S

West Mids CSS attendance and convoy thread - Sat 22nd June

Yeah there's no pattern to it not starting, this morning it started first time when I took the dog out, but when I got back into the car an hour later it took about 8 key turns to get it started. It does the relay clicking thing with all the warning lights on, it'll do that for a few key turns...

West Mids CSS attendance and convoy thread - Sat 22nd June

It's got the same intermittent starting issue it had before the alternator was replaced, I need to get the battery drop tested to see if it's holding it's charge, or freaking out under load. Sadly I can't afford a new battery at the moment, so whatever the drop test shows up, I still can't do...

West Mids CSS attendance and convoy thread - Sat 22nd June

Mégane RS Red Bull Racing RB8

At least yours has all the optional extras as standard Scott, not just an extra £2k for some stickers.

Are these the correct standard fit dampers for 182FF?

Before you commit to buying, you should ring Renault Wolverhampton and ask for Adam, he's a mate of mine and a they're traders on here, their prices are usually cheaper than everyone else.

Are these the correct standard fit dampers for 182FF?

They'll be fine, the rears are all the same fitment, the fronts only differ on 182 cups. My 172's had 182 cup dampers on the back for years.

The best RS collection in the world

Haha good point, a mint one to drool over and a slightly weathered one for hooning! :approve:

The best RS collection in the world

Yeah, but the thing is though i'd be scared to sit in it let alone drive it, you can't enjoy cars like that, they're museum pieces when they're that mint.

I can't believe how mint they are.

North Cov Ph1 ***OHN in greeeeen

If it was a green Ph1 then it was probably an exclusive, although i've never seen one in Cov, seen a few silver Ph1s about though. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Renault_Clio_Renault_Sport

    Own up, who was this?

Well they've done a good job of f*cking that up, blatantly not concentrating, the first time I hit the brakes in one of those I damn near head butted the windscreen they're that sharp!

Regular West Midlands Meet - See Calendar

That's one really good thing about 1*2s, bloody good brakes and steering. Some of the sh*t i've had to avoid over the years, i'd be dead if wasn't for having a fast car that handles well.

Pub was kind of mellow as well, if we get enough people we could have that whole area to ourselves.

People from near Newark (notts) when is the next CS meet up that way?

You should ask to have this thread moved to the East Mids section Chip, loads of cob eaters in there that are desperate for friends, Deeg, Symon, Toby, Harpham etc. They'll be glad to finally meet a normal human being and not the toed mutant sister/cousins they're used to.
