Don't use rattle cans, you'll use no end of them to paint the whole inside. If you've got a compressor and gun already then definitely make use of them, I use auto-paint for supplies. Rub back. Prime (2pk) Wet sand (800/1200) Basecoat Lacquer (2pk)

There was about 4mm difference in width from what I remember. I had the exact same problem when I originally put R19(williams) wishbones on mine, that's how we learnt theyre different.

Not often a bearing goes from 100% to 0% in 0.4 seconds, they usually have a bit of an inbetween stage with some play in them.

Depends on the Clio, but out the box a 172/182 will NOT do a GENUINE 145mph GPS. Maybe on the speedo, but that doesnt count. Mine would though.

Should rev to ~7.2k when warm, more than likely the CTS. Battery shouldn't have anything to do with it.

If it's still doing it even when upto temp, possible coolant temp sensor problem.
