It's just one bolt holding it on like I said, then pull the b*****d and it'll come off. You have to scrape all the glue off the diamond to get it out of the holder thingy too, takes ages!

No. You need a torx set, and then when you've got the screw out to pull it really hard.

If you're lowering it, go the whole way and get some coilovers. It's one of the best mods you can do, mainly for handling and looks as well. My 1.2 was so much fun jst because it had coilovers, not having to break round corners, just felt like it was on rails.
