Ah ok, I was speaking with someone who said the less auxillaries on the engine the more power they tend to make....probably meant power steering etc as well
Being weighing this one up for a while now. I never use my air con and from what I hear its just dead weight being carried around.
To the people who have removed it has it made much of a difference in performance and power output?
Cheers
Sounds good mate, yeah I've read a few times that they have a tendancy to Aquaplane in the wet due to the tread pattern. Now all I need is some 4 pots and I will have a very nice B road car for the summer
Ha you've changed your name. Hows the ph1 running, last time I spoke to dave he said you'd just got the engine in. I can't wait to see GCL again I miss it :(
Cheers mate,
I did very quickly paint correct the trophy before trax, I'd only owned the car 4 hours though :( lol
I will be doing a huge detail on it at the start of spring as I'm not happy with it, since the engine has been put in it's got a few marks on the wings etc, I've just finished...
Thanks for the advice. My hobby is doing this, rescuing paint from looking bad. The car was In horrible condition, I had the resources available and some time on my hands so why not :)
My other hobby is driving my trophy very quickly but seeing as it's not working well I can't do that ;)
I dont really ***** this about as it's my daily and rather standard
I was up at our local detailing shop (NE Detailing) using some of there space to machine polish the corsa.
Products used:
Snow foam
Washed with wookie mitt
Dried using drying towels
Black Barron to clear shuts of water
Bilt...
The reason I chose the above trophy was because of the ride height and the fact I'm going to be running on 16's not 15's, unless I fall into the trap of getting 2118's which I dont really want to
