    bit of a weird one....

There's usually an orange rubber ring/gasket on the throttle body IIRC. Been a while since I took one off

    Help please, brakes are done!

Try putting a post up in the "wanted" section, for the parts that you want. Someone will have some knocking about, or have a look through the many threads in the for sale section of cars being broken for parts

    Brake question..

I took my last 172 for an MOT and got an advisory for rear pads being low. I'd changed them the week before. I don't think rear pads come with much meat on them from new do they? So maybe the tester just assumed they were low?

    LED speedo

I can do it for you if ya want. In fact, I've got a spare climate panel that I could do to whatever colours you fancy. I've done my own with white backlit buttons, and a blue screen. Looks loads better than the standard orange, and the blue/white theme matches my alpine stereo perfectly

Best way to hide TV cables?

A man always needs bigger/more speakers

Best way to hide TV cables?

Nope. Just plug everything into my AV receiver and then that feeds it up to the TV. Shouldn't be an issue in theory

    Stereo code sorted for free!!

Its actually 6044. Daniel is as useless at getting blow jobs on the internet, as he is in real life

Fitting new front shocks - advice please

This. I got someone to push down on the hub until I could slide a screwdriver into one of the holes, and then used the screwdriver to lever the strut so that I could get a bolt in the other hole. Oh and make sure both front wheels are off the ground

Realistically, how many miles before my Clio dies?

That's gotta be on top of a flat basic too surely. Think it's just a quid per delivery for fuel, not wages

Realistically, how many miles before my Clio dies?

Bear with me... It'll do 100k + no problem as long as you keep on top of the servicing

    powerflex dogbone. ..

I've done around 1000 miles with my powerflex on now. You can tell its there on start up, but once running its fine. No excessive vibrations, and still feels 100% better than OEM

    Replacing seatbelts

I believe if you let them fully retract, they won't pull out. Someone will be able to clarify though and maybe suggest a fix
