Nailed it. I find it relaxing, and the sense of achievement is really high with such a learning curve. Even sticking a landing is hard graft for me!
Ok cool, I’ll check out a stick. I think there’s only one compatible one with Xbox, so that makes that easy! I don’t think I need rudder pedals...
So I recently bought a Series X (Xbox One wouldn’t fit in my new TV cabinet, so a Series X fit the ‘oh no!’ narrative).
I’ve never played a flight sim, or had much interest in aviation.
So, explain to me why I’m getting so much enjoyment from going through the start up procedure of a Cessna...
Address for tomorrow chaps:
Podium Place, 31A Bone Ln, Newbury RG14 5SH
Opens from 9am.
If I’m honest, I’ve never been so have no idea about the parking situation. But it’s a cafe with supercars as its USP so I assume there’ll be enough space.
@Stefan. and @Tim. have been before so can...
Ok sweet.
1st May - Podium Place.
Opens 9am, I’d be happy getting there for around then, but happy to go with the majority.
1. Hixle (Luke)
2. Cub
3. Tim (1st work for you mate?)
Right.

How about a Sunday morning run to here?
Grab a coffee and if Mark brings driving gloves he’s allowed on the simulator.
@Dinky Feet @MarkCup @Stefan. @Cub. @Daniel @Chili Red @Fletcher @Tim. @TimR26
Open invite, but I have no idea who’s about this days...
@Stefan. What was the cafe you went to near Newbury? Worth a meet there?
Or we could go old school and organise a pub lunch somewhere on a Saturday morning/early afternoon?
