they are little wheel spacers to fit on the back of the alloys incase the hub is slightly too small. on the reverse side of the alloys there should be a groove for them to sit in

mine on the RS gets louder the more i drive it as it heats up but it didnt make a big difference from just having the magnex on which is good as it doent sound too loud.
