I have a V6 others have different models. Would be rather boring if we all had a Williams, just think of the rust left over after meets, Cliosport would be sued by every local council for the clean up..
Its a well known fact that all the red V6s have paint faults and they all lack a few bhp...

Are you sure it has no other stone chips? If the front has been tidied up, was it just a tidy up or anything worse?
Of course keep in mind new tyres, brake pads if you intend to drive it rather than polish it and put it back in the garage.
From experience they dont like to sit doing nothing.
I think modifications should serve a real purpose, but providing your mods are legal and safe, do what you like its your money and Im not driving your car.

For the first 625 miles do not exceed 80 mph in the highest gear or 3000 to 3500 rpm.
On completion of 625 miles you may use your vehicle normally. However, it is only after 1875 miles have been covered that you may reasonably expect full performance.
