It's a great game for sure but I think I prefer the 1st one. This one feels a bit "arcadey" and less involving. Think they have tried cramming in too many characters too.

Has anyone actually finished the full event list on F3? Thats the only thing thats stopping me from getting F4 tbh, as if I get F4 then F3 will never be played again and I hate leaving things unfinished lol

yeah, it's in "accessability" under settings/general. Update seems to have gone ok, now on iOS5 but not a single one of my apps work now lol. All the standard Apple ones work fine but any "extras" that I have downloaded simply don't open lol Think I'll be connecting it up again after work and...

Onkyo set....there is a thread on here about it somewhere, think it was Mace that started it. For £20 more you can get the Onkyo 5.1 amp/speaker package that I got and it's awesome..

mine was a launch console and had one :) I must admit I always confused when people were going on about needing adapters etc for optical lol

Agreed on the kit selections etc, confused me a fair bit. I only got to level 4, that was all I needed to convince me I'm defoing going to get it :)

the standard cable that came with my orginal 360 had an optical hole, no adapter was required...

my slim is through the HDMI lead, my old one was through the optical and tbh I prefer it through the HDMI, sounds awesome. It may not be "True 5.1" but it certainly does the job very well. Although since using the HDMI I do have a new amp so that probably helps a fair bit :)

Did you play the beta at all Scutch? Graphicly on the 360 it looks much better than BFBC2 , so nothing to worry about.

That list of rewards is huge! I assume you only get 1 car from each level and have to choose rather than all from each level. Otherwise you'll probably be able to complete the game without buying a single car lol

Finally got round to having a go on the demo.....WOW! After two rounds of basically perma-death I've now learnt the map a bit and up to level 4. With the good old "war tapes" turned on and the 5.1 blasting away it sounds amazing! Love it! I find the weapons menus a little confusing though...

tbh I never really played F3 online (maybe once or twice with you lot like last year), main reason being there were no achievements for doing so and I'm bit of a whorebag when it comes to achievments lol
